Seeking Certified Volleyball Coaches!

We are currently seeking experienced and certified volleyball coaches to join our dynamic academy. If you have a passion for the sport and a commitment to developing young athletes, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

 

• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience
• Volleyball coaching certification from a recognized organization
• Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, tactics, and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for athletes

Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct practices and competitions in line with the academy’s objectives
• Develop and implement training plans that cater to the needs of each athlete
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help athletes improve their skills
• Organize and promote tournaments and competitions when required
• Collaborate with other coaches to ensure consistent and effective coaching methods
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all athletes
• Availability and capabilities (proven by previous experiences) to perform administrative work and back office activities to complete the contractual weekly working hours

Good level of written and spoken english
