Description:

We are urgently Hiring Business Development Specialist for our Company.

Salary Budget: To be discussed during interview

Job Role:

 

• Developing new clients from Hotel Industries or Top Notch Properties for the Engineering and Maintenance Services
• Bring AMC Services for 5 Star Properties.
• Maintaining Existing clients and Visiting them to understand the challenges and support required.
• Coordinating with operation team for smooth deployment of the manpower
• Developing good relationship with engineering supervisors/leads to increase the number of casual deployments
• Coordinating and follow-ups for timely payments

Required Skill set

• Candidate must have minimum 5 years of Experience in Business Development and Client Acquisition
• Should have good communication and grooming skills
• Candidate with UAE market knowledge with hotel industry/Facility Management service experience will be preferred
• Candidate must have UAE driving license and should be available in UAE
