Description:

We are looking for a sharp Junior Administrator / Data Entry to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office visitors; collect, organise, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for meetings and travel.

 

To be a successful Junior Administrator / Data entry , you should be committed to facilitating smooth, efficient office operations by planning carefully, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable assistance. You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented.

If you have a High School Diploma or its equivalent, plus 1 year’s experience in administrative services or related fields, we’d love to hear from you. Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous, and familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc. is a plus.

Join our team, and you’ll enjoy the opportunity to support company leadership, oversee administrative department activities for staff members, handle basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry, coordinate schedules and manage calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts, make travel arrangements and prepare documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings, enter and update company, employee, and client records, order, store, and distribute office supplies, maintain, repair, or replace office equipment, direct, review, and optimise office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs, and provide basic bookkeeping services.
