Position Overview:

NAVO is seeking a proactive and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to drive the company’s growth and expansion efforts. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding NAVO’s market presence in Dubai and across the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve NAVO’s business objectives.




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,
  • Prospecting, and networking with key stakeholders in target industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, strategic partners,
  • Architects, designers, and industry influencers to generate leads and opportunities. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and develop actionable insights and strategies.
  • Represent NAVO at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to raise brand awareness and promote NAVO’s products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans to clients and partners, articulating NAVO’s value proposition and competitive advantages.


  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the ergonomic, furniture, or related industry, with a track
  • record of achieving and exXceeding sales
  • Targets. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in business development or sales are a plus.
  • Compensation (Salary + Commission + Bonus) :
  • Fixed Salary: 5000-7000 AED per month (Negotiable based on experience & track record) Commission & bonus structure based on achieved sales targets & performance (Will be discussed in person)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • System Software Development
  • Mobile Applicationin iOS/Android/Tizen or other platform
  • Research and code , libraries, APIs and frameworks
  • Strong knowledge on software development life cycle
  • Strong problem solving and debugging skills

Education + Experience

  • 3 or more years of professional design experience
  • Direct response email experience
  • Ecommerce website design experience
  • Familiarity with mobile and web apps preferred
  • Experience using Invision a plus
