إعلان توظيف – مشرف/ة محافظة بالمجلس القومي للمرأة

يعلن المجلس القومي للمرأة عن حاجته إلى مشرف/ة محافظة للعمل ضمن مشروع إطار تمكين وبناء قدرات الفتيات – برنامج "نورة"، وذلك لأبناء وبنات محافظتي الجيزة والإسكندرية.

المتطلبات:

الوظيفة متاحة للإناث والذكور من أبناء المحافظة المقدم عليها فقط.

حاصل/ة على مؤهل جامعي.

خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال التنمية والعمل الميداني.

مهارات قوية في التخطيط والقيادة والمتابعة اليومية.

القدرة على التحرك بسهولة والعمل الميداني والسفر إلى القاهرة عند الحاجة.

القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت ضغط.

إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر المختلفة.

أن يكون المتقدم/ة من أبوين مصريين.

يفضل من لديهم خبرة سابقة في مشاريع مماثلة أو سبق لهم العمل مع المجلس القومي للمرأة.

الالتزام بتفاصيل التقديم واستيفاء الشروط المطلوبة يدخل في التقييم.

لن يتم النظر في الطلبات غير المستوفاة للشروط أو التي ترد بعد الموعد النهائي للتقديم.

Job Announcement – Provincial Supervisor at the National Council for Women

The National Council for Women is seeking a Provincial Supervisor to join the Empowerment and Capacity Building Framework for Girls – "Noura" Program, targeting candidates from Giza and Alexandria governorates.

Requirements:

Open to both male and female applicants from the specified governorates.

Must hold a university degree.

Minimum 4 years of experience in development and fieldwork.

Strong planning, leadership, and daily monitoring skills.

Ability to travel easily and work in the field, including trips to Cairo if needed.

Capability to work in a team and under pressure.

Proficiency in various computer programs.

Must be of Egyptian parentage.

Preference for candidates with previous experience in similar projects or prior work with the National Council for Women.

Applications that do not meet the requirements or are submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Required Documents:

CV in Arabic (maximum two pages).

Copy of National ID card.
